Normeira adheres to the following principles of impartiality to ensure transparency and integrity in its certification services:

• Certificates issued by Normeira are only granted after a thorough review by an independent, qualified member of our management team.
• We do not, and have never, provided management system consultancy or any other form of consultancy to companies or individuals.
• Normeira does not, and has never, offered internal audit services to its certified clients.
• We have no financial or other interests in any company that offers management system consultancy services.
• We do not engage, and will not engage, with companies offering consultancy or services that could potentially influence the impartiality of the certification services we provide.
• Any potential relationship between Normeira and another company will undergo a risk assessment by our Impartiality Committee before it is formalized.
• Normeira will not assign staff or subcontractors to management system audits where a previous relationship with the company exists. However, in exceptional cases, and at the discretion of the Technical Manager, staff or subcontractors may be allocated to an audit if no relationship has existed for a minimum of two (2) years.
• We ensure that Normeira is not associated or marketed in a way that links it to management system consultancy activities and will take appropriate action if any such link is discovered.
• Auditors and other personnel involved in the certification process are not, and will not be, influenced or pressured to reach a particular conclusion regarding audit outcomes.
• Auditors are strictly prohibited from accepting any gifts from clients or consultants.
• Auditors are not permitted to conduct audits for organizations where family members or close relatives hold decision-making positions.

These principles ensure that Normeira remains impartial and upholds the highest standards of integrity throughout its certification process.
