Transfer of Certificates

The transfer of certification can be initiated if an organization is dissatisfied with its current certification body. Reasons for this may include dissatisfaction with services, pricing, or customer support. Transferring certification allows the organization to choose a better certification partner. The certification transfer process involves the following steps:

  • Submit an inquiry or application for the transfer of certification.
  • Provide a copy of the current certificate and related documents.
  • The submitted application, certificate, and documents undergo a technical and commercial review to generate a certification proposal.
  • Upon confirmation of the certification proposal, an audit is scheduled. Once the audit is successfully completed, the certificate is issued, maintaining the current phase of the certification cycle.
